Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please ensure you provide a contact number and the correct delivery address in order to receive your package. If your details are incorrect ZumZum Ceramics does not assume responsibility for loss of any packages. We also cannot be responsible for any loss or delays caused by the third party shippers.

If you don’t live in EU but you would like to purchase any piece, please get in contact at zumzumceramics@gmail.com and we will send you a custom estimate for the delivery.

International shipments can incur customs or import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Item Condition – All items are hand made and different between each other. We will always do our best to list any imperfections and we have the highest standards for our pieces but please keep in mind that every single piece is made my hand, and this is exactly what makes each ceramic unique.
